What data we process

We only process the data you enter in the contact form yourself: your name, business email address, company name, and your message. In addition, our web server processes limited technical data (such as your IP address) needed to keep the website secure, including protection against abuse of the contact form.

What we use your data for

We use the details from the contact form solely to respond to your message and the conversation that follows. We do not add you to mailing lists and do not use your data for any other purpose. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to your request, or the preparation of an agreement if you request a quote or an introduction.

How long we keep your data

We keep your inquiry for as long as needed to handle your question and any follow-up, and no longer than twelve months after the last contact — unless a client relationship has been established in the meantime.

Who we share data with

We never sell your data. We share it only with the vendors that host our website and deliver our email, and only to the extent needed for your message to reach us. Data processing agreements are in place with these vendors.

Cookies and video

This website uses no tracking or advertising cookies and no analytics that identify you personally. All videos on this website are hosted by us; playing them shares no data with third parties.

On the appointment page we show an embedded Cal.com calendar that lets you book a call directly. Cal.com only places functional and security cookies needed to make booking work safely — no tracking. Cal.com's privacy policy applies to the use of that calendar.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data. You can also object to the processing or request that it be restricted. Send your request to the email address below; we respond within four weeks. If you disagree with how we handle your data, you can file a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
